Welcome to Xolo Stays. We are pleased to host you and hope you enjoy a comfortable, seamless, and memorable stay. Please take a moment to review the following policies designed to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Reservations
All rates, promotions, and special offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation email or message has been sent by Xolo Stays. Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless approved in advance.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Guests will receive arrival instructions before check-in.
Please note that our check-in process is completed through a secure online link sent approximately 48 hours before arrival. All guests must complete the required information, provide valid identification, sign the rental agreement, and submit full guest details before access can be granted. Entry details will only be released once this process has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Please note that any non-refundable credit card, bank, payment processor, or transaction fees charged by third parties may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation, depending on the selected rate. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or approved online payment methods. Reservations are guaranteed only after payment has been completed.
Third-Party Booking
Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or other third-party platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms. Any cancellations, modifications, or refund requests must be handled directly through the platform used for booking.
House Rules
Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and building community. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including all indoor spaces and common areas. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Amenities & Services
Towels, linens, Wi-Fi, and basic starter essentials may be provided depending on the unit. Restocking during the stay is not guaranteed unless specifically included. Temporary interruptions of internet or utilities beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
Access to the Property
Xolo Stays or authorized staff may enter the property when necessary for maintenance, emergencies, safety concerns, or scheduled service. Notice will be provided whenever reasonably possible.
Lost & Found
Items left behind may be stored for a limited time when possible. Guests are responsible for any shipping or delivery costs required to return forgotten items.
Liability & Governing Terms
Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk. Xolo Stays is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay, except where required by law. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico.
